On Friday 18 November, the P&C will be hosting the Throwback Trivia Night to raise funds for the installation of an electronic noticeboard at the front of the the school. We are hoping to raise $30,000 to cover the costs of purchase and installation.

Teams are up to 10 people and one team per table. Standard tables cost $200 (max 10 people). But if you want to be pampered on the night, purchase our VIP tables for $500. These come with angel service on the night. Purchase tickets here – https://www.trybooking.com/CDLLG

Struggling to get to a table of 10? Please post to the Pullenvale P&C Facebook page to see if you can team up with others in the same position. If you are only a couple short of the 10 people, you are still welcome to buy a table and add the last few closer to the date.

Refreshments

There will be a fully stocked bar and cocktails for sale on the night. Each table is to bring their own food on the night.

Theme and Entertainment

The theme is “Throwback” and we are throwing back to our favourite decades. Dress up to show off your team’s favourite decade. This might be a favourite for music, for fashion, for events – it’s up to the team.

There will be raffles, silent auctions, games and many prizes to be won throughout the night.

Volunteer on the night

30 minute time slots have been created for people who want to volunteer AND participate in the event.

Fundraising

All proceeds raised go towards the purchase of an electronic notice board for the School. Our fundraising goal is $30,000.

To help us reach this goal, we are seeking sponsorships and donations for the night. Sponsorship packages for financial donations are outlined in the letter below, this can be downloaded and emailed to anyone who you might think might be interested.

Donations of products suitable for the silent auction, raffles and prizes are also gratefully received.
