Bitesize FUNraiser: Term 1

This year, the P & C have decided to start our 2023 school year off with a beautiful new fundraising initiative called Bite Size ‘FUN’raising Bites!

Every biscuit is packed full of real ingredients for a superior taste, and do not contain any added flavours of preservatives.  They are also all 100% made in Australia so they support local farmers and businesses in the process with part of the company’s profits being donated to the Bite Size Kids Appeal.

Sample cookies are coming to your children’s class to try so you can see and taste just how delicious they are.

Payment details are below – full payment is due by 16th March. Reminders will be sent out through your class reps.

How it works

  • Each family will get 1x Carry box of gourmet biscuits
  • Each Carry box costs $75
  • Each Carry box contains 15 x smaller boxes of various delicious gourmet biscuits that are sold for $5 per smaller box (contains approx. 8 biscuits in each one)
  • For each Carry box sold we will raise $28.80 each for our school
  • If we sell all of the 300 boxes delivered to us we will raise over $8,500 in total for our school

Process

Each family will receive a box of Bites on Thursday 16 February 2023, so please look out for boxes as they come home with your child/ren.  

If you did not receive a box, and were expecting to; or received a box despite opting out, please email fundraising@pullenvalepandc.org.au and we can fix this for you.

There are boxes leftover, so if you want extra boxes to sell, please email fundraising@pullenvalepandc.org.au to arrange collection.

Payment Details

Due no later than 16 March 2023. 

Boxes are $75.00 each and contain 15 smaller boxes of cookies.

Payment options are:

  • Option 1: Keep the cash and bank an electronic transfer of $75 to:

      Reference – Surname and class name – please send payment remittance to fundraising@pullenvalepandc.org.au for record keeping.
  • Option 2: Pay online with credit card via our Square site – https://pullenvale-school-pandc.square.site/ Please forward your order confirmation email to fundraising@pullenvalepandc.org.au for record keeping.
  • Option 3: Return cash in the supplied envelope to the school office. If you have misplaced the supplied envelope, please place in an envelope clearly labelled with your child’s name and class.

We’re confident that this fundraising drive will help us reach our goal of raising over $8,500 that will go towards supporting & strengthening our school.
