Pullenvale State School is turning 150 on Saturday March 16. To mark the occasion, we’re bringing the community together for a fun-filled celebration!
Celebrating 150 years since Pullenvale State School was established, the event will showcase our school, community and businesses through a fun-filled carnival event featuring rides, market stalls, food and entertainment.

Food & Beverage
There will be a selection of food trucks, food stalls and a teacher BBQ/sausage sizzle to whet your appetite. To keep you hydrated, there will be well-stocked bar.
Food & beverage will be available from 12:00pm – 7:30pm.
On the day, we will have Chef Jon Catering crafting delicious pizzas, Sorella serving their amazing pastas & italian treats, Tasty East delivering modern and traditional Asian flavours, Dogstop with hotdogs and fries, The Rich Pour serving coffee and Aravara Ice Cream with some sweet treats.
Entertainment
There will be rides, performances and community activities to keep you entertained. To celebrate our 150 years, there will be historical displays set up around the school and tours of Pullenvale Environmental Education Centre (PEEC) where the school was originally located.
Rides
Rides will be running from 2pm – 7pm and there will be options for all ages, from inflatables for the littles to the climbing walls and Round Up for the thrill seekers. There will also be Laser Skirmish and other games across the day.
Ride armbands will be on sale in the weeks leading up to the fete and on the day itself.
Getting involved – Volunteers
To ensure the day is a resounding success, we need the help of school friends & family to setup, pack down and for a variety of activities on the day.
